The White Stone

This is the first step, and the beginning of the end of one of the processes of the Great Work. The white stone will give birth to the red stone after slowly being digested by heat with white earth (ammonium nitrate).

The key to the whole work is in obtaining the prima materia from its source. I will now give some steps below, please note these aren't detailed steps, just an overview of the process.

Dry distillation of various acetate salts can be performed in order to obtain the Philosophical Mercury needed to extract the essence from gold or other metals. I wanted to say a few things on this issue, and then perhaps ask a few questions.

Spagyrics is pretty basic: seperate the three principles, purify and recombine.

So the trick for each of the three kingdoms is to find out what their principles are.

The plant kingdom is the simplest.

You have one salt that is the primary basic salt of this kingdom - potassium carbonate.

What it is: It seems to match all the properties of sulphurous acid (SO3). Isn't it wild how one oxygen atom makes such a difference.

On the one side you have sulphur di-oxide (SO2) and on the other sulphuric acid (SO4).

That reminds me, let me warn you up front. This will produce noxious sulphur di-oxide fumes that you don't want to breathe. And
