Okay, I see my account at servimg. Now how do I get pics from there to here?

I believe that Solomon Levi is referring to the placing of an image in a post.
In the fifth set of icons in the message editor, choose 'Host an image' (first icon). Browse your computer for the image and hit the 'Host it' button at the bottom. This will change to a new screen with several fields containing some text. Copy the text from the 2nd field titled 'Image' and paste it into your message where you would like the image to show. (You may need to click on 'Host an image' again to close the dialog.) It should then display when you preview your message and also when posted.
