Maybe we could get a section for general discussions unrelated to alchemy?

Yes, I thought about that before but I have noticed on so many other forums that it tends to be too much gibberish and not enough quality. I think there is better to go with quality than quantity.

But I am not against it so to speak if there can be a structured outline as to its purpose. If you can provide this I am more than happy to get one going - and you can moderate it if you like!

I agree with you - quality over quantity.

Maybe this can be put on the back burner until the board gets an established member base.

I'll take you up on the moderating when the time comes to add the section.

Perhaps the newbies can spill their beans there and with good moderation from us we can link it into related threads in the other sections, as a way to guide those perhaps not confident to post on these issues. There are a lot of seekers out there who might just have stumbled onto alchemy.

I am not saying either of us are sages in this field, I'm only aware of the fact that some people are absolute beginners. And I like the fact that we should be able to mix both neophytes and non-neophytes here. Otherwise it will just be a dogmatic mess!

Haha, I'm not sure about you, but sometimes I like dogmatic messes - a little chaos never dampened the fun!

I'm sure we'll have a lot of beginner questions in due time.
